3. Refund & Return Policy

3.1 Overview Due to the nature of our products (perishable food items), we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

3.2 Eligibility for Replacement We only offer replacements or resolutions in the following cases:

  • Damage during Transit: If the glass jar is broken or the vacuum seal is compromised upon arrival.
  • Incorrect Product: If the item delivered does not match your order confirmation.
  • Quality Issues: If the product is found to be defective or spoiled prior to the expiration date.

3.3 Reporting a Claim To report an issue, you must contact us at 070 649 7462 or via our official social media channels. Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or issue.

3.4 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or partially consumed.
  • Orders where the customer provided an incorrect delivery address.
  • Items returned without prior communication with our support team.

3.5 Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before they have been handed over to our delivery partners. Once an order is “In Transit,” it cannot be cancelled.
